Modified Starch Machine Description:

The process of Modified starch production:

1. Mix the Starch with water (or some Chemical liquid)

2. Extrude the starch with high temperature and pressure (130-160℃, 6-10Mpa)

During Extruding process we can also inject with Chemical Liquid

3. Dry the Modified Pellet

4. Cooling the pellet 

5. Mill the pellet into powder

6. Pack the modified Starch.

Extrusion system is made by twin screw with the main motor and gear box.The screw is alloy steel. The speed of the Motor is controlled by Inverter.

Screw material is 38CrMoAl alloy steel.

3.Gas Dryer

The dryer will dry the pellets， reduce the moisture to 11%

The dryer we can use Electricity heating, Gas heating, Diesel heating and Steam heating.

4. Milling Machine

This machine will mill the modified starch pellets into powder to get the Modified starch

It has Cooling system Dust remove system Milling system.
