Product process:

The process of breakfast cereal extruder production line are as follows:

Mixing: To mix the raw material such as corn and other grain flour evenly.

Extruding: Extrude and cook the raw material into different shape.

Flaking: To press the pellet into flakes. We can adjust the space between the Rollers to produce different thickness flakes.

Drying: Dry the food with electricity heating way. It has multiple layers thus can save much space.

Baking:High temperature to bake the corn flakes. To make the corn flakes puff. Make some bubbles on the surface of the corn flakes.

Flavoring:Scatter the powder seasoning on the food. The roller will mix the fat, sugar and seasoning powder evenly. Thus will make the breakfast cereal tasty.

Cooling:There are five fans on the top of the belt, they blow the food to make the temperature reduce to suitable for packing
