New Order from Venezuela: 800–1000 kg/h Pet Food Production Line Now in Production

We are pleased to share that we have received an order from a valued customer in Venezuela for a complete pet food production line with a capacity of 800–1000 kg per hour. The equipment is now officially in production.

Pet food processing equipment is one of our most popular product ranges, trusted by customers worldwide — from South America and North America to Europe, Southeast Asia, and Africa.

Our pet food production line features advanced twin-screw extruder technology. This process turns powder-based raw materials into uniform pellets through high-temperature extrusion. The pellets are then dried, coated with flavors or nutrients, and cooled before being packaged into finished bags ready for sale.

The Venezuelan customer placed great trust in us, working closely with our engineering team to customize the equipment according to their specific production needs — from formula composition to pellet shape and final coating requirements.

Production is now underway. The estimated lead time for completion is 40–50 working days, after which the line will be shipped and installed to help the customer grow their local pet food business.
