Finished machine in factory now

This week we have finished some machines in our factory and here are some pictures of our machine.

Mixer is for mixing raw material. There has blade inside to mix the raw material evenly and completely. In mixing part, worker add dry raw material and water in proportion. The machine is driven by motor.

Screw conveyor is to convey the mixed raw maetrial and products into next machine. There has one screw inside to convey the food from feeding port to discharging port in high places. 

This is single screw extruder. This machine is made of motor, gear box, barrel, screw, heating and cooling system, rotary cutting system, and controller. This machine can produce short cut pasta macaroni, dog chews, mini pellet and other products. Several models and capacity can be chosen by client.
