1. Pre-Shipment Preparation

• The machinery was thoroughly inspected and cleaned before packaging.

• Heavy-duty plastic stretch film was applied to shield the equipment from moisture, dust, and minor impacts.

• A 5-ton forklift was used to carefully load the equipment into a 40HQ high-cube container, ensuring optimal space utilization.

• Anti-slip wooden braces and rubber mats were placed beneath the machinery to minimize vibration and movement.
