Machine Testing of Puff Snack Machine Line for Client

We are pleased to announce that our company has successfully completed the manufacturing and factory acceptance testing of a high-capacity puff snack food production line, with an output of 100-150kg/h.

This advanced automated line is designated for our valued client in Egypt. Prior to shipment, a thorough factory test was conducted to ensure all equipment functions seamlessly and meets our stringent quality standards.

For the test run, cornmeal was used as the raw material to produce spherical puffed snacks. The trial was highly successful, with the entire line—from mixing and extrusion to cutting, drying, and seasoning—operating flawlessly and in stable condition. The equipment demonstrated excellent performance, consistent product shape, and precise output control.
