Successful Loading of Puff Snack Production Line in Factory

A complete puff snack food production line, with a capacity of 100-150 kg/h, was successfully loaded into containers this Monday, marking a significant milestone before its journey to an international client.

The comprehensive production line includes a full suite of state-of-the-art equipment designed for efficient and high-quality snack manufacturing. Key components are a mixer, a twin-screw extruder, a cutting machine, a dryer, a flavoring roller, sugar melting machine, sugar sprayer, a cooling conveyor, and several elevators for connecting machines.

Prior to the loading process, the equipment underwent a rigorous factory acceptance test (FAT). The tests were conducted to ensure every machine and the integrated line as a whole operated according to specified performance standards. The tests were completed successfully, demonstrating the line's reliability and readiness for industrial operation.

Representatives from the Egyptian client were present to witness the testing and conduct the final inspection. After a thorough review of the equipment's performance and build quality, the client expressed great satisfaction, officially approving the shipment.

With the client's acceptance secured, the production line is now prepared for transport. The containers will be shipped to the Port of Qingdao today, from where they will be loaded onto a vessel destined for Egypt.
